Ingredients :

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons cocoa

1/3 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 medium ripe banana, sliced

8 large ice cubes

Banana Chocolate Milkshake :

In blender container pour milk. Add cocoa. Cover, blend on low speed until well mixed.

Add sugar, vanilla and banana. Cover, blend until smooth.

Add ice cubes, one at a time, blending until thick.

Milkshakes, like ice cream, can be made in a wide variety of flavors. Many milkshakes get their distinct taste from the flavor of ice cream used. With a banana milkshake, it is the banana that owns the flavor.

Ingredients :

  • banana – 1 cup
  • Strawberries – 1 cup
  • Ice cream – 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  • Sugar – 2 tsp
  • Milk – 2 cups

Preparation :

    • Wash the strawberries and remove the stem. Cut them into half.
    • Peel the Banana skin and cut it into small cubes.
    • In a blender, take the chopped Strawberry and Banana, add 1 cup milk and blend it for 20-30 secs.
    • Now, add sugar,cream/ice cream, vanilla essence,remaining milk and blend it till it becomes a smooth mixture.
    • Add more sugar to the mix, as needed.
    • Serve it with ice/cream of your choice.

      Mango – Bannana Smoothie

      A simple to make but great smoothie! The plain mango keeps it from being too sweet.


      Ingredients:

      Mango – 1

      Banana1
      Lime juice
      1 tbsp
      Honeyfew drops
      Sugar
      2 tbsp
      Ice cubes
      4-5


      Method
      :

      • Peel the mango and banana.Make small pieces.
      • Grind with all other ingredients .If needed add ice water.
      • Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve wioth few drops of honey and ice cubes.
